How can I track my order?

All Venus Vitality LLC orders come with full tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to track it anytime.

How long does order processing take?

We typically process orders the same day or the next business day, depending on the time of your order. Orders placed before 12pm are usually processed the same day, while orders after 12pm are processed the next business day. In 95% of cases, this is accurate. Please note, orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following business day, as our warehouse is closed on weekends.

When will I receive my delivery?

Delivery times vary by location. We offer the following shipping options:
Within the U.S.:
  1. FedEx Next Day Air*
  2. USPS First Class Mail (4-7 Days)
  3. FedEx Ground Economy (2-5 Days)
For Alaska and Hawaii:
  1. FedEx Ground Economy (10-14 Days)
  2. USPS Priority Mail (3-4 Days)
For Canada:
  1. DHL Parcel International Direct (3-9 Days)
Please keep in mind, shipping times depend on when your order is received. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm EST. Delivery can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or customs processes.

What if my parcel is delayed?

We work hard to get your order to you quickly, but once it's with the courier, it's out of our hands. Significant delays are rare, but if you believe your parcel is delayed, returned, or missing, contact us via Facebook Messenger or email. Provide your order number and name for faster assistance. We’ll respond within 48 hours (faster on weekdays). Our customer service team is unavailable on weekends.
Please note, repeated messages on the same issue will result in slower response times.

I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?

If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at contact@venusvitalitynu.com We'll do our best to modify the order, though we can’t guarantee changes once the order is processed. Please note that a $9.00 fee will apply if the address is incorrect, as it disrupts warehouse operations.
